Can I send you an artwork with a dieline?
Sure! Feel free to ask us for a die-line on our live chat and our team will provide you with a die-line that you can edit using Adobe® Illustrator. Once completed just send it back to us. It's that simple!
Do you use recycled boards ?
We do! All the boards we use are made with at least 50% recycled material. All our boards are 100% recyclable too!
Can you print PANTONE® Colors(PMS)?
To be able to offer such a low minimum order quantity on our boxes we have to use digital printing. There are two possibilities for PMS matching. If your quantity is above 1000 units we can match PMS colors using color matching, with this method you will get an 90%+ PMS match. Depending on the size and quantity we can also print using a High Definition Flexo press. Generally speaking your order will have to be above 3,000 units for us to be able to help you with an exact PMS match.
Do you offer foil stamping , embossing ,debossing and Spot UV ?
Yes , We can make every boxes to have such finishing , but need the order above 1000 units . Please noticed that when a patterns or lines wide are below than 2mm , we cannot do the these finishing !
Do you offer inside print on your mailers ?
We sure do! Just select simply click on “Open” on the right side of our configurator and the box will open allowing you to design the inside!
How long is your production time ?
Our production time is 10-20 days depending on the quantity and the box style . We will send over images and video to tell you how's the productions going .
Will I receive a proof before my box goes to production ?
Before we move to bulk order . We can first make a pre-production sample and send you images and video to check . Or you can place a sample order with us . we can make a digital printed sample and send over to you for checking text and design printed . only colors are a slight different with the mass productions.
I want to change the artwork on the order I just placed , is it possible ?
Sure! You can change your artwork before you agree with the mass production . However, after you've said okay to move to mass productions you will not be able to make any additional changes . If you insist to change artwork , we have to charge the material fee and labor cost.
I want to change the quantity order I just placed , is it possible ?
If you'd like to change the quantity of your order you'll have to do so before you agree with the mass productions to go on .
Also quantity change means the unit price change , please talk to our custom services to get the update.
Can you produce more than 2000 units ?
Sure , Just give us a shout . We'd be more than happy to assist you with your project.
Do you offer box styles that are not listed on your website?
Sky’s the limit! We offer any box style that you may think of. If you have something in mind and your order quantity is above 1,000 units. Feel free to get in touch and we’ll be more than happy to assist you.

Depending on the volume of boxes you are purchasing from us different options will be available to you.
